No Returns Policy
At Babs Boutique, many of our items are handmade, custom-made, limited edition, or small-batch produced. Because of this, all sales are final.
Please note that if a custom order or alteration is canceled after the fitting has been completed, a $20 fitting fee will apply.
What's Covered
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Clothing and accessories
- Custom garments and alterations
- Event registrations, classes, or workshops
- Sale or clearance items
Please review sizing, descriptions, and details carefully before purchasing. We are always happy to answer questions or help with sizing in-store prior to checkout.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item is damaged or defective at the time of purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase with proof of purchase, and we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
